Outreach And Resource Services for Women Veterans (OARS) is an IRS 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization, dedicated solely to the betterment of all women who have served in the Armed Forces of the United States of America. Every cent possible is spent toward the Mission. Currently, we are an all-volunteer staff primarily of other women service members.
